After three years of touring and promotion behind “400 Miles,” Duff gathered all his favorite players in LA for his sophomore effort: Rick Barrio Dill, Mike Stinson, Tony Gilkyson, Tommy Rickard, Todd Herfindal, Kevin Houlihan, Rob Douglas, Heather Waters, Rich McCulley, Taras Prodaniuk, Carmen Doane and Jared Barkan. Herfindal and McCulley participated also as co-writers and producers. “One Day at a Time,” a tune penned with songwriter pal Simon Lynge, made it onto both this disc and Simon’s record.
On September 17, 2006, Duff was interviewed and performed live on Monterey CA’s famous KPIG-FM “Please Stand By” show, including “Suddenly,” “Adrenaline” and “We Will Escape.”
